Job summary

Superior Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support a young child at home in Hadley Wood, Greater London. The role offers day and night shifts with a pay rate of £20 per hour, and a focus on one-to-one, person-centred care.

You will work to ensure safety, comfort, and wellbeing, including assisting with personal care, daily activities, and recording accurate care notes. A driving licence and right to work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• Experience providing care for individuals with Cerebral Palsy.
• Experience supporting individuals with Epilepsy.
• Competent in moving and handling and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support a young child with Cerebral Palsy and epilepsy.
• Provide person-centred care tailored to the client’s needs.
• Document care records and report concerns.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support safe moving and handling with appropriate equipment.
