Job summary

Superior Healthcare in Barnet is seeking a Romanian-speaking Complex Care Carer to support a 5-year-old child at home. The role focuses on one-to-one care, safety, and wellbeing, with a caring, patient approach.

You will work with CP and epilepsy needs, assist with personal care and school runs, move safely, and build a trusting relationship with the family. A full UK driving licence is preferred and right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Romanian and English.
• Experience supporting individuals with Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy.
• Competent in Moving and Handling.
• Full UK driving licence and confident driver.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Supporting a young child with Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy.
• Monitoring and responding appropriately to seizure activity.
• Assisting with personal care and daily living activities including school runs.
• Providing safe moving and handling support using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Encouraging participation in activities she enjoys, including singing and play-based interactions.
• Building a positive relationship with the client and her family.
• Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any concerns.

Pay Rate: £20.00 per hour

Shift Pattern:

• Days: 08:00 - 20:00
• Nights: 20:00 - 08:00

Romanian Speaking Complex Care Carer Required! We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and experienced Romanian-speaking Complex Care Carer to support a delightful 5-year-old child in her family home. Our client lives with her parents and two siblings and enjoys singing, music, and engaging with those around her. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide meaningful one-to-one support and make a real difference to a young child’s quality of life.

About the Role As a Complex Care Carer, you will provide person-centred care tailored to the client’s individual needs, ensuring her safety, comfort, and wellbeing.

• Supporting a young child with Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy

Essential Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience in supporting complex care clients
• Full Right to Work in the UK without the need for sponsorship
• Driver Licence and willing to drive client's mobility care
• Experience supporting individuals with Cerebral Palsy
