Job summary

Mappin & Webb in the UK luxury showrooms is seeking a Supervisor to lead and inspire a client‑focused team, delivering an exceptional experience with every visit. You will drive personal and team targets, share best practises, and develop jewellery knowledge to represent the brand with confidence and expertise.

Our Supervisors are role models for the Mappin and Webb brand; dedicated team players with a passion for delivering excellent client service to ensure that everyone has an exceptional experience in Mappin and Webb Showrooms. Working towards personal and team targets and assisting management when required, you will play a key role in the success of the boutique by identifying, sharing and spreading best practise; developing and continually updating your product knowledge and jewellery expertise and sharing your passion about our fantastic products.
