Job summary

Mappin & Webb, part of the Watches of Switzerland Group, is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the Showroom Manager in leading a high-performing luxury retail team in the UK. You will motivate staff, drive performance, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

You will build lasting client relationships, recruit and train team members, and contribute to business development while upholding the brand's prestigious reputation.
