Rockfish Dartmouth Restaurant is seeking Front of House servers to join a friendly coastal team in the UK. The role offers a basic hourly rate depending on experience, plus gratuities, tips and overtime.

What to expect?

This package is a basic hourly rate depending on experience plus gratuties, tips and overtime.

• We pay salaries monthly but tronc and tips on a weekly basis via our external troncmaster Tip Jar, - so you can earn and access your cash quicker!

• This is a casual role working is across 5 days, Monday - Sunday availability required.

• We're are lunch and dinner dining restaurant meaning our teams work a variety of daytime and evening shifts determined by the rota.

• Christmas off, our sites are closed Christmas eve, Christmas Day & Boxing Day

• We'll provide the crew t-shirts

• We're not about extra hours, but if they're ever needed, overtime is paid.

As a Rockfish Front of House server, you will help create a restaurant environment where guest expectations are exceeded through delivering genuine hospitality. Where little details make a big impact. You will receive all the training you need to deliver this; all you need to bring is your natural flair for service! Many of our summer servers come back to work for us season after season, making this a great role to work around your studies.
