Job summary

Humanoid seeks a Validation Engineer to define and execute tests on our humanoid platform, translating requirements into structured procedures, and delivering data-driven reports for engineering sign-off.

You will work with Test and Validation Engineers to set up sensors, DAQ systems, and instrumentation, while contributing to fixture design and lab compliance. This role emphasizes methodical testing and clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on validation experience in robotics, aerospace, or automotive environments.
• Experience writing test procedures, test plans, or acceptance criteria from engineering requirements.
• Working CAD skills to read/edit models and design fixtures/jigs for fabrication.
• Experience with electromechanical test equipment and at least one DAQ platform (NI, Dewesoft, HBK).
• Methodical troubleshooting and root cause analysis in hardware testing.

Responsibilities

• Define test procedures from engineering requirements and write clear acceptance criteria.
• Translate validation scope into test plans that sequence activities and align with project schedule.
• Set up sensors, instrumentation, and DAQ systems; acquire data and export structured datasets.
• Execute tests on rigs, log deviations, and flag anomalies for real-time review.
• Author engineering test reports with data tables, plots, and observed outcomes.
