Job summary

National Composites Centre is seeking a Robotics Transformation Advisor to help manufacturers adopt robotics and automation technologies that drive productivity and growth. The role involves assessing operations, identifying opportunities, and guiding strategic roadmaps with senior stakeholders.

You will lead diagnostics, develop practical automation plans, and present compelling business cases to support investment and implementation across customer sites in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in robotics, automation, manufacturing transformation or industrial operations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with ability to influence at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Proven ability to translate technical solutions into clear business benefits and recommendations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills with experience leading customer discussions.

Responsibilities

• Assess customers' manufacturing operations and identify robotics and automation opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and operational teams as a strategic advisor.
• Lead transformation diagnostics and develop practical automation roadmaps aligned to business goals.
• Advise customers on robotic solutions, business cases, investment decisions and implementation planning.
• Deliver engaging presentations, workshops and reports that influence decision-making and drive adoption.
