Job summary

NCC – Innovating for Industry in Bristol is seeking a Robotics Transformation Advisor to help manufacturers adopt robotics and automation to boost productivity and growth. You will assess operations, build relationships with leaders, and lead diagnostics and roadmaps for practical automation adoption.

Travel to customer sites is required; strong presentation and stakeholder skills are essential to translate technology into business benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in robotics, automation, manufacturing transformation or industrial operations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and advise customers at all levels, including senior leadership teams.
• Proven ability to translate technical solutions into clear business benefits and recommendations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills, with experience leading customer discussions and workshops.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.

We're looking for a Robotics Transformation Advisor to provide independent expert guidance to manufacturing businesses, helping them identify automation opportunities and successfully adopt robotic technologies that deliver real business impact.
