Job summary

Media Stream AI Limited in Manchester is seeking a Systems Engineer to own the humanoid platform architecture, DOF allocation and interface control across the project.

You will manage mass, power, thermal and compute budgets, drive requirements from mission to subsystem and back through verification, and lead integration bring-up of new builds in the lab.

Qualifications

• Kinematics and dynamics understanding.
• Budget ownership across disciplines.
• Robotics or humanoid experience strongly preferred.

Own the humanoid as a system: the 60 degrees of freedom, the mass and power budgets, and the interfaces every other discipline builds against.

The Manchester factory comes online Q1 2027. Roles are recruited ahead of that date, with start dates agreed individually.
