Job summary

Media Stream AI Limited in Manchester is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to shape the structural and mechanical assemblies of a graphene-infused humanoid platform. The role covers CAD development, tolerance analyses, and close collaboration with production to ensure manufacturability.

You will run FEA on load paths, stiffness and fatigue, iterating designs to meet mass targets while supporting prototype builds and design changes from build feedback.

Design the structural and mechanical assemblies of the humanoid, including the graphene-infused materials used across the platform.

The Manchester factory comes online Q1 2027. Roles are recruited ahead of that date, with start dates agreed individually.
