You will coordinate cross-functional teams across software, embedded systems, electronics, and mechanical engineering to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery for customers in diverse markets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex software R&D or software-intensive product development projects within robotics.
• Experience managing product lifecycles from development through testing and validation.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional engineering teams and manage scope, budget, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development projects across software R&D, hardware integration, and validation.
• Develop and manage project plans with milestones, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate software, embedded systems, electronics, mechanical, and systems engineering teams.
• Governance including risks, issues, change control, status reporting, stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with software developers and technical leads to resolve blockers and ensure product performance.
• Oversee software and hardware integration, verification, validation, and trials moving from R&D to validated product.
