Job summary

Reeco Automation Ltd, based in Powys, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations across fabrication, machining, electrical assembly, commissioning and aftersales. You will coordinate with department leads, manage resources, and drive safe, efficient delivery of projects and services.

The role emphasises lean principles, continuous improvement, KPI reporting and team development, with responsibilities spanning planning, budgeting, performance management and liaison

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management or similar leadership role.
• Experience implementing ERP systems within engineering/manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fabrication, machining, electrical assembly, commissioning and aftersales service.
• Coordinate resources with department leads and the Project Manager.
• Drive lean practices, process improvements and performance reporting.
• Ensure safety, quality and on-time project delivery across all sites.
