Qualifications

• 360 recruitment experience with a proven billing track record.
• End-to-end handling of both client and candidate placements.
• Ability to win new business and share accounts with the team.
• Strong numerical discipline and ownership of your desk.
• Willingness to specialise in one discipline long term.

Responsibilities

• Develop the machine learning desk in the European market.
• Build and manage relationships with clients and candidates.
• Stay ahead by contributing to events and conferences.
• Own and grow a sustainable recruitment desk.
