Job summary

Cubiq Recruitment, Manchester-based, is expanding its European AI/ML robotics desk. We’re looking for recruiters who can own end-to-end placements, win new business, and operate with an entrepreneurial mindset in a specialist team that already leads in the market.

Qualifications

• 360 recruitment experience with a proven billing track record.
• End-to-end handling of both client and candidate placements.
• Ability to win new business and share accounts with the team.
• Strong numerical discipline and ownership of your desk.
• Willingness to specialise in one discipline long term.

• You've got proven 360 experience and a track record of billing
• You've handled both sides of a placement, client and candidate, end to end
• You've won new business yourself, and you're happy sharing accounts with the team
• You know your numbers and run your desk like it's your own business
• You're ready to specialise in one discipline for the long term and learn it in real depth
