Field AI is seeking a hands-on Project Engineer to lead field deployments of robotic systems from planning through execution, on-site support, and post‑deployment follow-up. The role blends project management with operations, requiring coordination across engineering, operations, logistics, and customer stakeholders to deliver deployments on time with high attention to detail.

Candidates should have 2–4 years in project coordination or field operations, and experience with robotics or hardware

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in project management, field operations, or similar roles.
Excellent communication across technical and non-technical teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Own and manage field deployments from planning through execution and completion.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Build and track project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Use Jira to manage tasks, issues, and workflows.
Drive accountability across stakeholders and meet deadlines.
Coordinate logistics including shipping, equipment readiness, and site setup.
Act as primary on-site or customer-facing point of contact.
Identify risks early and proactively address issues.
Document deployment outcomes and lessons learned.
Continuously improve deployment processes and efficiency.
