We are actively seeking an Application Developer specializing in RPA to join Experis.

Job Purpose/The Role:

As an Application Developer in RPA, you will convert business and IT process definitions into automated solutions that improve service delivery. You will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable automation solutions.

The role requires expertise in RPA tools such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Power Automate, IBM RPA, including features like chatbot support, NLP, OCR, Citrix automation, document processing, IVR/IVA, workflow management, and AI integrations.

This position involves programming, tool configuration, and adherence to SDLC practices.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Assist with development, build and test automations, and manage live processes, troubleshooting issues as needed.

Your Skills:

• Experience with RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere.
• Proficient in testing, process mapping, and troubleshooting.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Team player supporting senior developers.
• Knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator, Blue Prism Control Room, or Automation Anywhere Control Room.
• Familiar with monitoring tools, incident management, governance, and compliance standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot, provide support, and optimize automation processes.
