The idealcandidate will have active BPSS and NPPV3 clearance or be eligible toundergo BPSS and NPPV3 Clearance. To be eligible for BPSS and NPPV3Clearance candidates must be a UK Passport holders, with a minimum offive years’ residency.

Job Purpose/The Role:

As anApplication Developer specialising in RPA, you will be responsible forconverting business and IT process definitions into automatedsolutions that enhance service delivery. The role requires workingclosely with business analysts, project managers, and otherstakeholders to understand requirements and deliver efficient andscalable automation solutions.

The ApplicationDevelopers possess expertise in various robotic process automation(RPA) tools, such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath,Powerautomate, IBM RPA etc. This expertise includes native chatbotsupport, natural language processing (NLP), optical characterrecognition (OCR), native Citrix automation, document processing,IVR/IVA, Workflow management, native RPA connector/copilot for coreGenerative AI features like Content Creation, Summarisation,Classification, Sentiment Analysis, Code Generation withinternal/external LLMs.

This role requiresprogramming and tool configuration skills, well versed with SDLC.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Assists with development workstream, including building andtesting automations. Controller responsible for managing andmonitoring live automated processes, including troubleshooting issuesthat may arise when a process is live.

YourSkills:

• Strong experience with RPA toolslike UiPath, Blue Prism.
• Skilled in producing and executingtest cases and QA.
• Experience with process mapping andworkflow design.
• Able to troubleshoot automation processes.
• Good communication skills for collaboration anddocumentation.
• Effective team player, supporting SeniorDevelopers.
• Expertise in UiPath Orchestrator, Blue PrismControl Room, or Automation Anywhere Control Room.
• Proficientin monitoring tools and incident management.
• Knowledge ofgovernance and compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolvetechnical issues, provide L2/L3 support.
• Optimise botperformance and automation processes.
