Job Purpose/The Role:

As an RPA Application Developer, you will convert business and IT process definitions into automated solutions to improve service delivery. You will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable automation solutions.

You should have expertise in RPA tools such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Power Automate, IBM RPA, including features like chatbot support, NLP, OCR, Citrix automation, document processing, IVR/IVA, Workflow management, and native RPA connectors for AI features like Content Creation, Summarization, Classification, Sentiment Analysis, and Code Generation with LLMs.

This role requires programming skills and experience with SDLC.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Assist with automation development, testing, and manage live processes, troubleshooting issues as needed.
