Job summary

Barrus Ltd. is seeking a Robotic Workshop Technician to join our Outdoor Division in a full-time, permanent role in the United Kingdom.

You will diagnose, service and repair robotic mower products, provide technical support to dealers and end users, and participate in training and product development activities. The role requires strong fault-finding skills, experience with mechanical/electrical systems, and a valid UK driving license.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background with fault-finding and diagnostic skills across mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience servicing and repairing machinery or equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service and repair robotic mower products.
• Provide technical support to dealers and end users via telephone, email and online platforms.
• Carry out warranty assessments and fault investigations.
• Support robotic mower installations and provide technical guidance to customers and dealers.
• Deliver product and technical training to dealers and distribution partners.
• Work closely with manufacturers on product testing, technical issues and new product introductions.
• Attend trade shows, dealer events and exhibitions, representing Barrus and demonstrating our products.
• Build strong relationships across our dealer network to ensure excellent customer service and technical capability.
