Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and deployment of robotaxi fleets across Europe. You will monitor vehicle behaviour, ensure procedural compliance, and intervene safely when needed.

Training is provided, and no prior AV experience is required. Ideal candidates have a valid European driving license, at least five years of driving experience, and a strong sense of situational awareness.

Qualifications

• Essential: Valid European driver's license.
• Essential: Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
• Essential: Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Essential: Ability to pass background verification (BGV) and drug/alcohol screening.
• Essential: Excellent situational awareness and reporting skills.
• Essential: Ability to follow detailed operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing, validation, and commercial robotaxi fleet operations.
• Continuously supervise the self‑driving system while aware of traffic conditions.
• Take immediate manual control when required by procedures or safety protocols.
• Complete assigned routes in compliance with local traffic laws and procedures.
• Support deployment of autonomous ride-hailing services with safe vehicle operation.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure deployment readiness.
• Report any damage or maintenance concerns to depot/technical teams.
• Document disengagements and operational events for reporting tools.
• Maintain accurate logs and complete required documentation.
