Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking Depot Specialists to support autonomous vehicle fleets across Europe. You will ensure vehicles are clean, charged, inspected, and deployment-ready from a dedicated depot. Training is provided; prior robo- taxi or AV experience is not required.

The role focuses on hands‑on operations, inventory management, and day‑to‑day depot activities. You will work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with Safety Operators, Technicians, and Operations Leads to keep fleets

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Willing to work in indoor and outdoor environments.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Experience in fleet operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for daily robotaxi fleet operations and ensure readiness.
• Keep vehicles clean, charged, and ready for deployment.
• Inspect cameras, LiDAR, radar, and sensors for self‑driving readiness.
• Coordinate vehicle movement, parking, charging, and staging.
• Assist with dispatch, return processes, and depot organization.
• Record vehicle status and charging information; follow safety procedures.
• Support fleet availability improvements and reduce downtime.
