Job summary

Siemens Energy seeks an EHS Advisor to support project teams across the UK, ensuring all EHS requirements are identified and met throughout project lifecycles. The role is roaming, providing on-site guidance during high-risk stages and staff leave periods.

You will assist in risk evaluation, draft Construction Phase Plans, and coordinate EHS campaigns while ensuring compliance with ISO standards and CDM regulations. A strong safety background and driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent in Health & Safety Management.
• Knowledge of ISO45001/ISO14001 frameworks.
• Experience with CDM regulations for principal contractors.
• Driving licence required for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Support integration of EHS requirements in bid documents and contracts.
• Assist Project Manager with EHS risk evaluation and handover.
• Participate in site inspections and draft Construction Phase Plan and related plans.
• Update Construction Phase Plan and ensure compliance with client/SE EHS systems.
• Ensure compliance with national and international dangerous goods regulations.
• Conduct inspections and audits of construction activities.
• Coordinate and deliver EHS campaigns and monthly reports.
