Job summary

Loungers’ Cosy Club in Manchester is seeking a Roaming Head Chef to lead kitchen operations across sites, covering holidays and stepping in during busy shifts. You will be a hands-on leader who can adapt quickly and drive the Cosy Club standard across our regional kitchens.

Job description

At Cosy Club, you can expect casual days, vibrant evenings, from brunch and coffee to dinner and drinks, our guests join us for an experience like no other.

Our Roaming Head Chefs are a support to the region, you'll cover kitchen team holidays and get drafted into sites that need an extra pair of hands on a busy shift. In this role you'll need to be able to dive into any service and help pick up the daily operations of the sites you cover. Ultimately, you'll be the champion in every kitchen in the region!

• Overtime pay - work over your contracted hours and you'll get paid at your normal hourly rate, no pre-approval required
