Job summary

Cosy Club is seeking a Roaming Head Chef to cover holidays across multiple sites, leading kitchen teams and ensuring consistency in every service. You will dive into busy shifts and take responsibility for daily operations while upholding the Cosy Club standards.

You will roam across sites within the region, delivering high-quality, scratch-made food with a focus on teamwork, development, and a shared passion for hospitality.

Job description

At Cosy Club, you can expect casual days, vibrant evenings, from brunch and coffee to dinner and drinks, our guests join us for an experience like no other.

Our Roaming Head Chefs are a support to the region, you'll cover kitchen team holidays and get drafted into sites that need an extra pair of hands on a busy shift. In this role you'll need to be able to dive into any service and help pick up the daily operations of the sites you cover. Ultimately, you'll be the champion in every kitchen in the region!
