Job summary

Cosy Club is seeking a Roaming Head Chef to cover kitchen teams across our Liverpool region and beyond. You’ll step in for holidays, lead service, and uphold the Cosy standard with passion for scratch cooking.

You’ll travel between sites, manage daily operations during busy shifts, and engage in the development of your teams. A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment will fit well.

Job description

At Cosy Club, you can expect casual days, vibrant evenings, from brunch and coffee to dinner and drinks, our guests join us for an experience like no other.

Our Roaming Head Chefs are a support to the region, you'll cover kitchen team holidays and get drafted into sites that need an extra pair of hands on a busy shift. In this role you'll need to be able to dive into any service and help pick up the daily operations of the sites you cover. Ultimately, you'll be the champion in every kitchen in the region!

• Overtime pay - work over your contracted hours and you'll get paid at your normal hourly rate, no pre-approval required
