Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives to join our teams across the UK. You will work with direct labour and sub-contractors, helping set up traffic management on roadworks and ensure safe, compliant operation.

Ideal candidates have Lantra Traffic Management qualifications, a valid UK driving licence, and the ability to read CAD drawings. We offer on-site roles with opportunity for progression and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications required or current holder preferred.
• Ability to pass Drugs & Alcohol test.
• Right to Work in UK and full UK driving licence (max 6 points).

Responsibilities

• Set up temporary traffic lights as required.
• Manage traffic flow at temporary signals and ensure public compliance.
• Read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Maintain and remove traffic management within deadlines.
• Ensure safe working practices and compliance with RAMS and Health & Safety at Work Act.
• Report plant and vehicle defects to site or operations manager.
