Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is seeking Trainee and Qualified Traffic Management Operatives to join a growing team in the UK. You will set up temporary traffic controls, manage traffic flow, and read CAD traffic management drawings.

Work with direct and subcontract labour, meet targets and deadlines, and report to the site or operations manager. A LANTRA qualification and driving licence are required, with safety and RAMS compliance emphasized.

Qualifications

• Lantra approved Traffic Management qualifications.
• Ability to pass a Drugs & Alcohol check.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Set up temporary traffic lights and roadworks as required.
• Manage traffic flow at temporary signals and ensure public compliance.
• Report issues to site or operations manager promptly.
• Maintain safe working practices and comply with RAMS and risk assessments.
• Read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Unloading/loading of materials and assisting with equipment.
