Job summary

Ferrovial is seeking a Field Technician to maintain contracted assets such as roadways, medians, signs, guardrails, and tunnels under supervision. You will operate vehicles and equipment for surface and right-of-way maintenance, and assist with snow removal and winter duties.

The role requires at least a High School Diploma and ~3 years in road construction or highway maintenance. You must be safety-minded, able to read instructions, and prepared for overtime in emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years related work experience in construction, road maintenance, or highway infrastructure (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair highway surfaces including signs, guardrails, fence, potholes, reflectors and shouldering.
• Operate vehicles and equipment for surface and right-of-way maintenance and repair; manage slopes, berms, culverts, drains, etc.
