Aviva is recruiting a Roadside Technician for the Green Flag Patrol covering Bromley/Orpington. You’ll diagnose faults, repair on the roadside, and help customers get back on the road with a professional, independent approach. The role offers a 40,800 base salary plus performance bonuses and excellent benefits.

Expect a 4-day, 40-hour week with daytime shifts, no nights, and a strong pension. You’ll work with a fully equipped Green Flag vehicle and enjoy generous holiday allowance plus various

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical background with diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK Category B driving licence.
• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent preferred; relevant hands-on experience also considered.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose vehicle faults and perform roadside repairs.
• Complete tyre repairs and wheel changes.
• Test and replace batteries as needed.
• Provide fuel assistance when required.
• Explain faults and solutions clearly to customers.
• Work independently using a fully equipped Green Flag patrol vehicle.
• Help customers return to the road as quickly as possible.
