Westbourne Motors is seeking a Technician to provide roadside assistance across Southern England. You will work from a fully equipped service vehicle, focusing on quality repairs and customer service. Ideal candidates will have experience in vehicle maintenance and a passion for helping others.

Our services include roadside assistance, vehicle recovery, workshop repairs, secure vehicle parking, and motoring advice. We operate from key locations across the South, equipped with repair workshops, rescue vehicles, and spare parts.
As a Westbourne Technician, you will operate a fully equipped service vehicle fitted with diagnostic and towing equipment, capable of performing a wide range of roadside repairs on cars and light commercial vehicles. Your primary goal is to safely repair as many vehicles as possible at the roadside, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Technicians are expected to diagnose and repair most faults at the roadside, and may perform basic repairs in workshops when workload permits. You will also recover non-repairable vehicles within a 60-mile radius, with long-distance recoveries handled by dedicated drivers.
The basic salary is £31,000 per year, with bonus opportunities potentially adding up to £8,000 annually.
Shifts are 4 days on, 2 days off, with start times rotating after each set of days off:
We seek enthusiastic, friendly individuals passionate about customer service. You should be comfortable working in all weather conditions, at various locations, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. A minimum of three years' experience in a vehicle-based industry is preferred, but we welcome skilled car fixers without formal qualifications to apply.
Applicants must hold a full Category B driving license for at least three years. Training for towing trailers will be provided if needed. Relevant experience as a vehicle technician or Level 3 qualification is desirable. All candidates will undergo CRB checks.
