Job summary

WSP are seeking enthusiastic and talented engineers at a variety of grades to join the Roads team based in Wales, in either our Cardiff or Wrexham offices. You will lead day-to-day technical delivery of highway consultancy services across all stages from feasibility through to construction, working with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in highway design across project lifecycles.
• Track record in leading design teams and coordinating disciplines.
• Strong client and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of design codes and CDM regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day technical delivery of highway consultancy services across feasibility to construction.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary input and manage project budgets and timelines.
• Liaise with clients, build trusted relationships, and advise on solutions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.
