Qualifications

• Professional qualification in project management or engineering.
• NEC accreditation is advantageous.
• Membership of professional institutions (APM, PMI, MRICS, MICE) preferred.
• Experience in highway or rail infrastructure beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage highways projects for public sector clients through all stages.
• Ensure compliance with quality management systems.
• Monitor, report, and forecast project performance.
• Plan, execute, and control projects with limited supervision.
