Job summary

AECOM Nottingham, United Kingdom is seeking a Site Technician to join our roads and highways survey team. You will conduct visual condition surveys, operate survey equipment, and support delivery of high-quality infrastructure projects on site.

This role is site-based, outdoors in varying weather. A full UK driving licence is required, with occasional travel and night-shift work eligible for enhanced rates.

Qualifications

• GCSEs including Maths and English at grade C or above.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Detail-driven approach with focus on safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate condition surveys on roads and other infrastructure.
• Ensure survey data is collected and recorded in compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Operate and maintain survey equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Drive to and from survey locations, with occasional night shifts at 1.5x rate.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, including PPE usage.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet project objectives.
• Support engineering staff with various tasks and maintain project documentation.
