Argyll and Bute Council is seeking a Roads Working Foreperson for the Lochgilphead area. The role involves supervising a multi-skilled team, carrying out structural and road maintenance to a high standard, and working on setting out and construction with minimal supervision.

The post is permanent, 37 hours weekly, and may require out-of-hours standby during peak seasons. Candidates should hold an HGV licence and have supervisory experience.

• Work unsupervised setting out and constructing all types of work.

Responsibilities

• Meet deadlines and ensure paperwork is completed accurately.
