Aldwych Consulting in Glasgow is seeking a Civil Engineering Technician to join our growing team. You will produce and develop CAD drawings for roads, highways and drainage projects and support delivery from feasibility through detailed design.

The role requires experience in a consultancy environment, strong AutoCAD skills, and the ability to work with engineers and technicians to deliver coordinated drawing packages across residential, commercial and infrastructure developments.

Competenze

Experience as a Civil Engineering Technician in a consultancy environment.
Strong AutoCAD experience and attention to drafting standards.
Familiarity with roads, highways and drainage projects.
Ability to work with engineers and other technicians to produce coordinated drawings.

Mansioni

Produce and develop CAD drawings for roads, highways and drainage projects.
Prepare detailed engineering drawings for residential, commercial and infrastructure developments.
Support road layouts, site access arrangements and associated infrastructure.
Produce drainage layouts and long sections.
Translate design information into clear drawing packages with engineers.
Update drawings to reflect design changes and reviews.
Ensure drawings comply with standards and internal procedures.
Coordinate drawing information with engineers, clients and project teams.
Manage drawing files and maintain document control.
