Job summary

Portakabin Ltd is seeking a Multi Skilled Operative to join our team in Aylesbury. The role focuses on refurbishment and fit-out of buildings, carrying out tasks safely and to high standards while travelling to customer sites across London and the Home Counties.

You will work Monday to Thursday 7:45am–4:30pm and Friday 7:45am–3:30pm with overtime opportunities and a merit-based additional earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational environments with semi-skilled activities.
• Ability to read and interpret SOPs and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, compliant working environment according to health and safety standards.
• Follow technical instructions, RAMS and procedures to complete work safely and to required quality.
• Carry out refurbishment and fit-out activities following SOPs and RAMS.
• Support colleagues by assisting with team activities and escalations when needed.
• Contribute to team delivery by working collaboratively.
