Job summary

Sussex Police is seeking a detail‑oriented administrator to join the Camera & Ticket Process Team within the Road Safety Team. You will handle the administration of Fixed Penalty offences and input data into CTSU systems, ensuring timely processing and accurate records.

The role requires excellent communication, ability to handle complex case files, liaison with course providers, and occasional court attendance. Flexible working and supportive team environment offered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process administration of Fixed Penalty offences across Sussex.
• Input and manage offences into CTSU systems (NICHE, PENTIP, Hummingbird DM, EROS, LEDS, NDORS).
• Coordinate with course providers and offender diversion schemes to promote education.
• Attend court when required and provide concise evidence on behalf of RST.
