Job summary

The London Borough of Hounslow is seeking a Team Leader - Traffic Network Management to lead the team delivering TROs and oversee day-to-day traffic management. The role combines office-based responsibilities with site visits to support service delivery and operational needs.

You will work within the Traffic & Capital Delivery Team with a focus on safe, efficient road networks and collaborative cross-team support to respond to changing priorities.

• Lead the Traffic & Capital Delivery Team in delivering statutory Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs) and oversee day-to-day traffic management duties.
• Manage office-based tasks with site visits as required to support service delivery and operations.
• Provide cross-team advice and support across the Traffic Team to meet changing priorities.
