Job summary

London Borough of Hounslow is seeking a Team Leader – Road Network Management to drive the council's statutory and non-statutory traffic responsibilities, including making TROs and day-to-day traffic decisions, with a mix of office work and site visits.

You will lead a multidisciplinary Traffic & Capital Delivery Team, provide guidance to colleagues, engage with residents and stakeholders, and help keep the borough’s roads safe, efficient and fit for its diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team delivering TROs and statutory functions.
• Oversee day-to-day management of non-statutory traffic matters.
• Balance office-based duties with site visits to support delivery.
• Provide support and advice across different areas of the Traffic Team.
