Job summary

Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a compassionate Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) to deliver safe, person-centred care across services in Rotherham, Doncaster and North Lincolnshire. You will work with individuals, families and multidisciplinary teams to promote independence and wellbeing.

You will assess needs, develop care plans and support access to primary and secondary care, while maintaining records and complying with the Trust's standards.

Qualifications

• Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) with current NMC registration.
• Recognised certificate, diploma or degree-level professional nursing qualification.
• Commitment to maintaining NMC revalidation and CPD requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, person-centred care in partnership with individuals, families and MDTs.
• Assess needs, manage caseloads and develop individualised care plans.
• Promote health, wellbeing, independence, dignity and choice.
• Support access to healthcare and reduce health inequalities.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with standards and policies.
• Contribute to quality improvement and service development.
