Job summary

Folkston Park Care and Rehab is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor to provide leadership in short term rehabilitation and long-term care. Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the RN will develop and implement individualized care plans and oversee unit operations per shift.

Requirements include a current Registered Nurse license, graduation from an approved nursing program, and strong assessment skills. Prior geriatric or rehabilitative nursing and supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Registered Nurse License issued in the state where the person will practice.
• Possess physical assessment skills and comprehensive knowledge of nursing principles are also required.
• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing and supervisory capacity is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans to meet patient needs.
• Assist in orientation and supervision of Nursing personnel and oversee unit operations per shift.
• Assume leadership role on the unit as needed and support daily operations.
