Job summary

Sunny Acres Nursing and Rehabilitation seeks an RN Unit Manager to lead the unit in Chelmsford, MA. You will supervise nursing staff, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate care to deliver holistic, high-quality resident care.

You will conduct regular assessments, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure regulatory documentation is accurate. Massachusetts RN license and leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Massachusetts is required.
• Experience in supervisory/management role in long-term care is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to develop and implement care plans effectively.
