Job summary

FutureCare is seeking an RN Shift Supervisor to lead a dedicated nursing team and positively impact staff and residents. You will oversee shift operations, ensure high-quality care, and uphold the standard of excellence across our communities in Maryland.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Maryland Registered Nurse license.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university strongly preferred.
• 1–3 years of managerial experience and proven leadership skills a plus.
• Previous experience caring for residents in an acute or skilled nursing facility.
• Must possess a current CPR license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all nursing personnel and nursing functions on a shift.
• Assess staffing and resident needs and direct care.
• Work with an adult geriatric population.
• Serve as role model for safe, effective and efficient nursing care.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Nursing Department.
• Interface with others to ensure efficient unit operations.
• Seek opportunities for growth and expansion of responsibilities to maintain clinical competency.

• Salary Range $40.50-$56.00/HR***
