Candidates must hold an NMC pin (RGN or RMN) and have experience in care settings. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of £23.40 and an annual salary up to £58,406.40, with a comprehensive induction and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Qualified Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC pin.
• Experience in care settings, preferably with learning disabilities.
• Strong empathy, organisation and leadership abilities.
• Flexible and reliable with positive attitude toward duty.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and priorities of care.
• Administer medications and treatments per NMC guidelines and policy.
• Ensure care plans are completed and updated with residents, relatives and professionals.
• Report health concerns and request GP/professional visits when needed.
