Job summary

TipTopJob is recruiting a Registered Nurse for a dedicated service in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. You will assess residents' needs, administer medications per NMC guidelines, and help develop and maintain personalised care plans with input from residents, families and clinicians.

The role is permanent and full-time, with enhanced rates for bank holidays and a comprehensive induction. A valid NMC Pin (RGN or RMN) and experience with learning disabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of working in a care setting.
• Experience working with learning disabilities is preferred.
• Strong empathy and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care.
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and companys medication policy.
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals.
• Report any ill health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary.
