The ideal candidate is an NMC-registered nurse (RGN/RMN) with experience in learning disability care, and a proactive, empathetic approach to supporting residents and their relatives. This is a permanent full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Qualified RN/RMN with NMC pin.
• Experience in care setting is preferred.
• Ability to empathise with clients and manage time effectively.
• Strong leadership and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and priorities of care.
• Administer medication and treatments per NMC guidelines and policy.
• Maintain residents' care plans with residents, relatives and health professionals.
• Report illnesses and request GP/professional visits when needed.
