Qualifications

• Qualified Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
• Experience working with learning disabilities.
• Care setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and identify priorities of care.
• Administer medications and treatments per NMC guidelines and company policy.
• Ensure care plans are maintained with residents, families, and health professionals.
• Notify GP or professionals if health issues arise.
