Sentara Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Home Health and Hospice team in the Dumfries/Woodbridge area. The RN will develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care for diverse patient populations, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated, high‑quality care.

Requirements include an active Virginia RN license, BLS within 90 days, and a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience; home health experience is highly preferred.
