Job summary

AmeriPharma seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse with home infusion expertise to join our team. The RN will perform in-home infusion visits, educate patients, and collaborate with pharmacy to ensure adherence and safety. A strong nursing background with IV therapy experience is required.

Qualified candidates have an active RN license, 2+ years in home infusion, and competencies in IVIG/IV biologics administration. CPR/BLS certification and reliable transport are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• RN graduate with an active state license.
• 2+ years of experience in home infusion and infusion centers.
• 2+ years with IV immunoglobulins and IV biologics; CRNI preferred.
• Experience with peripheral IV starts and pediatric/adult phlebotomy preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills; excellent written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home infusion visits according to care plans.
• Document nursing notes and patient interventions in records.
• Act as clinical resource and coordinate with pharmacy departments.
• Educate patients on therapy protocols, side effects, and adherence.
• Assess patient progress and revise care plans with the team as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to guidelines.
