Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd in Workington, Cumbria is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join a specialist care home with nursing for young people with complex needs. You'll deliver compassionate, person-centered care and work as part of an MDT.

You must hold an NMC pin (RGN/RMN/RNLD) and have experience in similar settings. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, days and nights, with a salary in the £36.5k–£38.8k range paid monthly.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified nurse with an active NMC pin.
• Experience in similar care settings is desirable.
• Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate admissions for new residents.
• Undertake initial nursing assessments and care planning.
• Provide nursing care and administer medications as required.
• Engage with MDTs and families to support care goals.
• Maintain thorough documentation and reports.
